Everything you need to know for kids ages 0-Grade 3.
At Calvary Baptist church our kids (age 3 through 3rd grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and age-relevant way. During the Sunday service our kids are escorted downstairs to their Children’s Church classrooms by our screened and trained ministry volunteers.
Infants up to age 2 can be cared for in our Nursery by our screened and trained volunteers.
Parents can also choose to keep their kids with them during the service on Sunday mornings. Activity clipboards are available for children to use during the service.
Children in grades 4-6 can sit with their parents in the service. Activity clipboards are available for their use if needed. When volunteers permit, we also offer Children’s Church for this age group.

Everything you need to know for youth in grades 7 – 12
Calvary Baptist Church offers vibrant youth ministry programming for youth in grades 7-12. Most Friday nights from September to June we host a youth event for junior and senior high school students. This may occur at our church or could also be a gym night, an outdoor games night, or a event for special occasions such as a Christmas banquet or graduation tea. Throughout the year our youth are also given opportunities to go to youth conferences or camps, or to fun activities such as a corn maze or lazer tag. In all our events we strive to provide a safe, fun, and spiritually enriching atmosphere where youth can bring a friend and have fun as well as exploring how to honour Jesus in our everyday lives.
All of our youth ministry staff and volunteers are screened and trained in child/youth protection policies.
” My great desire is to see generations of young men
and women turn to and trust in Jesus for life.”
– Josh Holt, Associate Pastor
